Why Jesus Said to Shut the Door: The Power of Silent, Unspoken Prayer

What is the Closet, Door and Secret Place

Most Christians' that attend churches are more typically led in the way they pray, as more seen and done in the church. People could be told where the Lord is concerned to spend time with the Lord but what does that mean to most? I would think that it is a form of encouragement to spend more time than just church time with Lord. Most might have daily readings that some churches even provide, but there is not usually much taught about prayer itself. Of the scriptures about prayer I have ever heard mentioned it was the one about not praying as the heathen do Mt 6:7. Yet Jesus giving direction regarding prayer is not very often ever explained.

Matthew 6:6 (KJV) But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

We are told to pray to our Father which is in secret and when we look up the word this is the meaning: Secret=concealed, i.e. private:—hid(-den), inward(-ly), secret .... so Father is on the inward part of us. We are told to enter our closet and the closet meaning is secret chamber and we already have the meaning of "secret" so a chamber within us also? Then we are to close the door, yet Jesus tells us He is the door:

John 10:9 (KJV) I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

When you look up the meaning of the word "door" it means: a portal or entrance. Interesting also is that Jesus says no man cometh to the Father but by Him Joh 14:6. So is Jesus that portal to the Father in prayer within us?

Can God Answer Unspoken Silent Prayer? YES

Genesis 24:45 (KJV) And before I had done speaking in mine heart, behold, Rebekah came forth with her pitcher on her shoulder; and she went down unto the well, and drew water: and I said unto her, Let me drink, I pray thee.

1 Samuel 1:13 (KJV) Now Hannah, she spake in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard: therefore Eli thought she had been drunken.

Matthew 9:21 (KJV) For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

What Does God Want From Me?

There must be people asking this question: what does God want from me? Why do I sasy that? because just a month ago on my other site hearing the Lord, I had already wrote about this. The post was called "heart soul mind" and now here I am to talk about it on another of my blogs. I had pointed out that we are evil as both God and Yeshua points out. So you have to ask is evil capable of loving God with all their heart soul and mind? Absolutely not. Yeshua said God is the only one that is good.

What can I do then is there no hope for me?

Yes there is hope because we are told even in Matthew 9 times and in John 8 times to ASK. I had to stop was given a song about giving your heart and soul to the Lord. I will put the song first, but there does need to be a desire.

If your desire is to be in the will of God then pray this prayer.

Father,

I know it is your desire for us to love you with all our heart soul and mind

Being evil as you said we are we need your help to do this

Father, I give you my heart soul and mind

Help me to love you the way I should.

I ask in Yeshua's name as He reveiled this truth

I thank you for it

Amen (so be it)

If you prayed that prayer, believe you will see new things, if you are weak in your faith there is even example of this within the word, you can ask more as the example given by the man that said I believe help thou mine unbelief. Jesus did. It is all a part of asking. If you desire something you see Yeshua mention... Ask for it.

Go Tell It ON The Mountains

Yesterday was an interesting day. It might just be me, but with the world churches all teaching everything but Jesus words, I feel a burden that Christ will say depart from me you workers of iniquity I never knew you. I also feel bad more prayers are not answered by an individual with the Lord. When we neglect what Christ Himself instructed for us it is no wonder this stuff happens. How many churches focus on what Christ said and taught? They don't even teach it in their adult Bible studies. They teach from the Epistals books that will pass away. It is Christ's words that will never pass away.

A warning or a word from the Lord

I was led to send out an email to a bunch of churches, I started with the Baptists. I put 1 scripture as a signature on my email account, then just put one scripture and titled the email "your scripture for today". I spaced down some after posting their verse for today, then they see the signature, both are words of Christ so written in red. Nothing else was on that email. So it looked like this:

Subject: Your scripture for today

John 14:26 (KJV) But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 15:7 (KJV) If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

A message sent with prayer

Of course my prayer surrounded things spoken by Christ too. I asked their ears be opened reminding Him his sheep hear His voice. He said no man can come to Him unless the Father draw them I mentioned and Ask for them to be drawn to Christ. I also prayed that basically again at bedtime. So this morning when I was again praying for the churches to hear, the Lord gave me a song. I kinda laughed a bit because it isn't Christmas. This is what I heard: "go tell it on the mountains over the hills and everywhere" well the next part of the chorus I know which is "as Jesus Christ was born". So I went to find the song and listened to it, I will post it here. To me I was being told the email made an impact on some and I was to continue. Well I covered an area in KY and covered an area in FL. I will also do different denominations with the same message.

Force Feeding Babes

Is Food Required To Live

So why the topic? Because I am venturing a path I don't know is done today. Force feeding babes, well you get the picture of starting your baby on foods for the first time. You know at each new food they spit it out you scoop it back up and shovel it again kinda thing, till it is consumed. It eventually stops and they eat proper all a part of growing. So what has this got to do with the word of God? Because when Jesus said that strait is the way and narrow the path and few there be that find it I believe Him Mt 7:14 .

So what is are babes in the Greek Yeshua spoke of? Meaning: figuratively, a simple-minded person, an immature Christian:—babe, child and what to me an immature Christian is, is someone that doesn't know Yeshua and His words, and that He is the only way to the Father Joh 14:6. They don't teach you that in your weekly sermon, nor have I ever seen it taught. Yet they were told to preach the Gospel and our Bible even labels them that for you to know. They don't even teach what the Comforter the Holy Ghost does, only Jesus teaches you that He will bring to you that Jesus spoke.

John 14:26 (KJV) But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Said by Jesus and it is very clear it is what He said to us. Who's words? His words. So you have to ask yourself what spirit are you hearing if not Jesus words.

Spiritual Food Required

You know the one who is the life! So my new venture is Christ word centered, to my loved ones sending only words spoken by Christ from the books of Matthew and John. So in a way force feeding for life. Now they each have a choice to look at the text or not, but I know my prayers and my desire is they all hear the Lord better than me even. They all have plenty of man and the world for sure. I would encourage any able to do the same via cellphone as that seems to be what all have. Only Father can draw them but I ask He does. He won't give me a stone when it was also the heart of God to have a people that hear Him. God is a spirit and Yeshua said over and over to the churches in Revelations to hear what the spirit of the Lord saith to the churches. He obviously speaks.

For this morning I again fanned my Bible dropping it open and did read 2 Chronicles chapter 1. Now did God speak in this book, well yes He did and I believe King Solomon had it written down. I love my Bible as it is also a red letter Old Testament. God asked Solomon a question, Solomon answered it and God had a reply to him. Take a look and see if you spot it in that one chapter.

Fun Walking With The Lord

I know I have not written on this site in a while, so does that mean I don't spend my time with Lord in prayer, worship or in the word of God? No I just don't write, I do spend time with the Lord each day as led usually. Meaning if a song pops into my mind I go search and play it, or sometimes I want to play my own worship song to Him. I have been sending out words of Christ only one scripture a day to family, so I am there usually first thing and the Lord will change what I have some future ones listed. So is that hearing from the Lord? Yes however I ask if He has a word for His people and don't always hear so I am in the word myself on those times. I am picky in my old age and want the words to be out of the mouth of God as Yeshua said to do Mt 4:4. Most of the Bible is words of man and God even said the pens of the scribes that wrote things do lie (vain) Jer 8:8 . Well I believe they had enough fear of God Almighty that they did not change the out of the mouth of God scriptures.

You know the "saith or thus saith the LORD scriptures. "saith the LORD" is in scriptures 577 times that exact spelling. And "house of the LORD" is in scriptures 213 times exact spelling. And "LORD" exact spelling is in scripture 5,555 times. What does capital LORD mean? Hebrew: ) self-Existent or Eternal; Jeho-vah, Jewish national name of God:—Jehovah, the Lord. Did you know God's Name? Well they didn't have vowels back then so letters YHWH or some argue YHVH.

This morning not hearing for people to search the word, I did something I have not done in ages, I asked the Lord to direct my path and fanned the pages with the Bible upright and let it drop open. I used to do this a lot way back and how I did was to go to the very first chapter listed and read that chapter for reading that day, sometimes that meant turning to the next page even. Today I did this and it dropped open to Isaiah 50, so I did read that chapter, and interesting there is something I mentioned on a post and didn't link the scriptures to. Of course there were 2 mentions I failed to do this with, one being the first verse of Isaiah 50, first verse go figure. So let me stop right now and correct my error. Ok did that the post was called "I thank thee Father, babes".

We are told to ASK and it will be given unto us Mt 7:7...Father Almighty God Jehovah all He desired was to have a people that would hear Him and Israel didn't want that they were afraid of God. The only way to hear is to ASK and let Him direct you even through scriptures. Many people I am sure will be working or thinking about other things and for no reason a word or two will enter their minds, rather than to stop and go search scripture on what happened, people will just think where did that come from I wasn't even thinking about that. It might be God wanting to help you, yes he can do that with the word of God. You will then as you learn to walk with Him that He even has a sense of humor. Don't do it if you don't have desire to hear the Lord you can just be like Israel was. God will take you to what He wants you to know about. Trust Him and remember to Thank Him.

Can God Speak Thru Secular Music

To me the answer is yes, these songs I have been given before from the Lord, however Satan can drop things in your mind also. My mind upon getting up was on things of last night as I had ask the Lord what I am doing wrong with my prayers for brothers. To me it is always my fault not His. So when I got up I was pleading again my case to the Lord, taking Him scriptures as I do. I had played some worship songs too then is when I think I was given this song: and it did fit as I felt in troubled water for sure the bridge to me represents scriptures I take Him so I stop always when songs pop into my head when I am spending time with the Lord as I was doing and wiping tears away is also in scripture I posted the verse below the video as I will search hearing secular songs words spoken:

Isaiah 25:8 (KJV) He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.

I am not sure of the exact order as I had different things going on, I think I heard this song and thought about 7 angels then also was writing on my hearing the Lord site being given "hear what the Spirit", of course when I started that this morning I went and listen to the Revelation scriptures. I can't remember which I heard first this song below or after some writing on the other site. There were 7 angels and I found out not hearing before that there was a church with 7 spirits of God also.

Seven Spanish Angels

After hearing this pop my head and going to find it.. I had to ask Leo.ai how many countries speak Spanish as there is fighting going on today in the world. I was surprised at the answer was 21 mostly in south America and the Caribbean Islands also Spain.

This one was funny to hear as I just wiped the list of scriptures to long and I had to laugh hearing it of course the words I heard are right in the beginning this is just an instrumental.

So did I get any of my pleading answers? Not really, but I did get another scripture to claim and He kept me busy and hopping all day even with songs.

A Desire To Hear The Lord

Desires of our Heart

Matthew 7:8 (KJV) For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
John 7:37 (KJV) In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

These verses says a lot, it depends who you ask and for what. We can receive from man or receive from Yeshua and Almighty God our Father. Some interesting happenings within the family I was led to do. I had had one grandson on my heart and texted with him about it to pray and I was praying also about the topic. After it appeared his prayers were answered as there was a desire there for the Lord yet it was a spoken desire, things at this point have not changed as of yet. After these things I asked him if he desired to hear the Lord for himself, his reply was "yes I do". So I asked him if grandma stent him 1 scripture a day would he read it and his reply was basically yes he would, and said he needed to get closer to the Lord. I told him he would hear and it is Jesus that tells us how and most churches do not teach the gospels and Jesus words. So I made it clear that the only words I will send him to read would be words spoken by Jesus. Then it was me trying to figure out an online cellphone Bible to be able to do this via cellphone to him. Word, thankfully his grandpa let me experiment sending him things over and over till I could figure it out. When I told him what I was doing he asked me to send them to him also.

Overcomming Technical Challenges

I had originally planned just to copy paste one scripture but figured out how to make the verse pop plus make it red letter and to make that scripture the top verse on the link I sent. I am sending him then one scripture a day but the full chapter is there. I didn't go into why I send the KJV Bible but what most churches use is the NIV and word, that Bible not only changes the word but many verses are removed. Now this software online does allow you to change the version of the Bible, should he do that he might see for himself the difference. Why the Lord had me do it this way was basically proved by his grandpa as I asked him if he did read on his cellphone the scripture and he said yes I even read more that was there. This is why the Lord did lead me to do this this way. Today children use the cellphone and don't have computers. Did I figure out this software and learn how to make the text red and understand it? Not really, but I am a technical person and with something happening once on a web link address I see the difference added to get red letter so I add the "rl1" plus I backup on that link to edit and change the verse number to the one I want. This allows the full chapter to be there but the verse I put in is what comes to the top on the page, so that is their scripture for the day is what I told him.

You've Got Mail

Then yesterday on the Lords Sabbath, Christians celebrate Sabbath on Sunday as that is the day of resurrection of Christ. Jesus Himself got in trouble regarding the Sabbath day. Anyway I was led to send the daily scripture to many in the family that are Christian and to a friend of the family. Not but 2 of them replied to the word for today from the Lord. My youngest son and his wife both responded. I didn't send it to my other sons wife mainly because of his comments he made, yet it was fine for me to send a scripture a day to his eldest I asked permission. I told him that his son would get only words of Jesus and a scripture a day from me. I did try and contact his next born son as he just got baptized but he never responded to my text to him, so I was not led to send it to him. I felt the Lord would use his big brother. He may also use him to his mom that is up to my son or his son.

So this morning I ask the Lord since I didn't hear back from anyone else if I should stop sending them and the Lord wants me to continue to send them. Let them ask me not to send them if it bothers them, they have a choice to read or not. God sees all, hears all even our thoughts and heart. So I will do as led of the Lord and we shall see if any request the words of Christ is bothersome to any of them. The Lord said ask, so they do have that option also they can ask the Lord to stop them for themselves.

Directed By The Lord how to hear Him

I had to stop and listen to a song the Lord just now gave me for this when I hear I respond and go do: Word of God Speak

I am sure many hear a word or two having it pop into their heads and never search the scriptures looking up the words and seeing what is out of the mouth of Jesus or God speaking "saith the Lord". We are on day three of this learning to hear the Lord walk. The first scripture I sent them was John 14:26, the next day was John 14:23 and todays verse will be Matthew 4:4. I will continue as led of the Lord on my scriptures I put forth. Now I had a list of several scriptures written down yet this Morning the Lord changed for this to be day 3 so we will see from day to day as I keep asking the Lord each day. God is a God of order and only He would know the shortest path to give my grandson the desire of his heart to hear the Lord for himself not me.

Numbers 6:24-26 (KJV) The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

History Can Be Interesting

A couple days ago I was thinking about Mary and Martha and the happenings of Lazarus, more interested at the time on speech of Christ and happenings with them the day Yeshua raised Lazarus from the dead. So I went to the audio I love of the gospels dramatized John 11 and listened also having the text open following along with it. Gosh I think I might have listened to it again later as the scripture below was what jumped out at me:

John 11:51-52 (KJV) And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation; And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.

Have you ever had that happen? I don't normally get reminded of history at all why? Because God said that the pens of the scribes lie Jer 8:8 (all Paul's books are written by a scribe so it is history Ro 16:22 ) there is no power in history. Normally I am led to words in red spoken by Christ but it is a rare thing for it to happen within what was going on and not paying attention to this being prophesied by the high priest at the time. And, then this that Yeshua said and how I take it is that there were no prophets except what was written which even makes me quest Yeshua also mentions that John was Elias so was there even prophets any longer? This even makes me question Elisha and Elijah no prophet books written so everything written by scribes as history.

Matthew 11:13-14 (KJV) For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.

Well then He mentions this to me yet I know and mention back saying well what did you send??? Sorry it was about these two next scriptures: The Lord and I talk His words back and forth with each other He said she said kinda thing..

Matthew 7:22 (KJV) Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

My reply back was this:

Matthew 23:34 (KJV) Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:

Now the Lord has never told me nor showed me if He did stop with the prophets after "It is Written" So He will have to give me words to find such a thing or I personally won't know is all. Yes I remind Him I know, oh He reminded me so maybe it is in the Old Testament and have not been shown it but He reminded me of this:

Malachi 3:6 (KJV) For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

I always learn something new being in the word with the Lord, but must say that enlightenment happened with my computer and my Bible software and spending the time to check search hearing a couple words for no reason popping into my head and a desire to know what the Lord thought about things.

Twice Speaks

An interesting morning this morning, it started with prayer which is more common unless I hear a word first thing then go straight to my Bible and look it up. It was a bit of a continuation from yesterday afternoon just flooded with a lot of the places within scripture He has taken me too, Reminding me of time with Him and my education thru Him. Well I was reminded of a website from ages ago back in 1998 and did some searching with AI to see if anything out there existed on it today, the answer was no not even in old archives. A biblical site it was called Twice Speaks which was new things being found within the Bible being sparked if I recall from this scripture:

Job 33:14 (KJV) For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.

I did read some of the Twice Speaks site and did understand that it meant the same word being used within just one scripture. At the time I hadn't been into my Bible software to notice back then and couldn't remember the excitement they had at how it applied in prophecy, so I went looking to see if anyone maybe carried on with the investigations. Then they found thrice speak scriptures, and with me I notice them but that happened much later with my words from the Lord. He has given me four words within one scripture before, so 1 word used 4 times in one verse. I had a bad taste for prophecy too and all the different teachings even regarding the book of Revelations I just didn't believe any of them. Yes the Lord reminds me even now He is the spirit of prophecy, and I love Him dearly, but I am no prophet, my argument back at Him. I am thankful I am one that abides in Him and besides He said He was more than a Prophet. There is none like you of course these are my mental responses but it is truth which I could add right now haha..

The Lord did give me words to search that these were in and happened, problem was how to get the Lords people curious enough to look the stuff up and see if they find it themselves. My software is easy to see but isn't an online Bible so I went looking to see if I could find one to link the word search to that highlighted the word search words. I did find one online if you want to check it out. The words I was given were "awake" and the other one led to the book of John was "love"

I was then given another word search and here it put me in Job again and usually I will check my tool for surrounding verses to what I was given and didn't on the first verse...so here got another word one scripture and back to Job and looked this time at my took and it highlights the full paragraph.

Job 33:14-18 (KJV) For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man. He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.

There are select verses that I have been taken to in Job and another just reminded of was this one.

Job 4:15 (KJV) Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up:

So this was an interesting kinda memory lane walk as I am not usually taken to Job very often. It all sparked with the once twice thing and I can't even remember why they were important however, I do spot them and take notice and the Lord has often with different word searches fly me by a same verse for myself. All a part of growing in the Lord.

Asking The Lord About His Words

Do you ask the Lord or seek people for answers?

We are told to ask and it will be given unto you but who do you ask when it comes to scripture that doesn't set right with you or you don't understand something that God or Yeshua said? Most people seek others or mention it to a spouse or friend and get opinions and don't mentally take it to the Lord and ask in silence and then wait on the Lord for an answer first. When you are willing to wait on the Lord for a question you have in heart and mind you will get an answer. Not saying a word or speaking it outloud. When that happens to you, there is a joy and an awe of God Almighty and Yeshua at the same time. It leads you to start doing it more. I encourage you to start doing that soon and believe the Lord will answer you. Drawn to wanting to know from God Himself, He will for me give scripture most of the time, but He can use people to confirm something to you also. Believe me often the Lord will say to me Be Still and know that I am God. I have heard it a lot.

A conversation with the Lord By His Word

Can you have a conversation with scripture with the Lord, yes you can, but for me I got my first computer Bible back in about 1996, prior to that did use the book Strongs Concordance, but not that often. I loved the computer Bible and would look up for myself wondering what God thought about certain topics. It was several years later after doing that words would pop into my mind for no reason really just one or two words, so I would run to my Bible and enter them and scroll the search list. In scrolling I would be surprised as questions I wondered about to the Lord would all the sudden I would see an answer to my thoughts.

I had been raised knowing by my young 20s maybe my Dad telling me Satan couldn't read my thoughts only God could but that Satan could put things in your mind and would even use scripture as he did when Yeshua fasted after being baptized. Anyway with this a new growth season was happening for me and my communication with the Lord. It eventually got to where I would take scripture to the Lord and He would reply with popping anywhere from 1 to 4 words give me and reply with scripture. I would just know what one answered my question...sometimes with several words He allowed on 1 scripture to pop up.

This morning I had started with prayer but when led to the page I have full of scriptures re praying for the nations with persecution of the Church..I flew down to the last verse posted don't ask me why but often first last and last first will enter my mind. Well when I saw the last scripture of over 30 scriptures on that page I was like hummmm

Nahum 1:2 (KJV) God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.

How the Lord Answers Through Scripture

Well the Lord knows me and I want the good stuff He said, you know pouring out His spirit on all flesh, and the one He says all would know Him and you wouldn't have to say know the Lord. So I sat there a bit rereading it haha Well I had also been praying as brought to me was also praying the Lord of the harvest saying that in my mind to the Lord and ask then why can only some hear, I know some are finding you even through dreams visions so His first words back to me was *the heart* and there is a lot of scriptures out of the mouth of Yeshua and God in the Old Testament. And shortly after seeing them all the words *seek know* came to my mind and I went to that search. Now just those words alone speak to you but there is scripture making it more clear and several on those words also. So basically we jumped then from drawing people topic back to nations. I said in my mind to him dividing of the nations? Yet I go look up what I said as sometimes the answer is what you speak, it was not the case and I heard Yeshua say *sheep goats* and then He said "the way*,, now I know those scriptures but I usually go look them up anyway, why? Because I have found new things before often times so I never usually just trust my memory.

Now I do have a site Hearing the Lord but since I was the one that started this conversation I am posting it here and not over there. So can you have a conversation with the Lord by His words the answer for me is yes, and I pray you start hearing and desire to know what God Himself Old Testament and Yeshua also God to me in one have to say about things. It starts with having a desire to know what the Lord thinks and a desire for Him to direct our paths, and learning to abide in Yeshua and a desire for them to make their abode with you.

The Lord did then have a word for me and you as after this I did ask Him and wow He made my day again!! hahaha

I had something new happen today, have you ever woke up praying? I felt that was what happened and when awake just continued to pray for things. I was praying for our southern states Texas I knew was one and another one I can't remember. I was praying for the Lords protection and to expose any evil plans against the nation. There is a lot going on in our nation with fraud and abuse in the governments and states though and the Lord is taking down the deep state and globalists that have been trying to take down this nation and destroy it from within. Almighty God and Yeshua have different intentions for this nation under God it is.

Praying for Our Nation and the Persecuted Church

I finally got up and then with more praying as I have been praying for nations of countries that persecute Christians, praying for their leaders and law givers for them to protect the church. The best way for that to happen really is that they all become believers in Yeshua. I do bring that up to the Lord too haha an easy fix and He has scripture that even mentions times great things I ask for those today is all. Well I then went looking for more statistics on my list of nations map of the persecuted church. I did then write about what happened with that on my other site you could read if you would like, it is called Prosper a fitting word the Lord gave me to look up asking why no growth. So anyway I went there and wrote all the Lord revealed to me about the subject. So the majority of my time today was prayer.. then asking and getting answers to my questions I wrote that post.

Waking Up in Prayer

I had something new happen today. Have you ever woke up praying? I felt that was what happened and when awake just continued to pray for things. I was praying for our southern states; Texas I knew was one and another one I can't remember. I was praying for the Lord's protection and to expose any evil plans against the nation. I did realize that much, so was I awake? Asking the Lord for a second witness

The Lord knows each one of us more than we know ourselves, especially if you have walked and grown in the Lord and find yourself in awe of lots He does for us. He doesn't get credit and praise as we should give Him even thanks for being awakened to a particular scripture. That comes with abiding in Yeshua (Jesus) words and hearing what the spirit has to say as Yeshua said He and Father would abide with us IF, I wrote a post about that Prayer and the word IF which is the feathered post on this site. This scripture from proverbs came to me that is very fitting especially when you have walked a long time.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV) Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Well I talk to the Lord mentally quite often even seeing something new I would be drawn to and just say to the Lord, I don't know Lord what do you think. This just being something seen in my searching on the net even. For a quick example I had seen on a christian site a mention of a stock. Well I was not into that and never had set up my own account at all. Now my husband had set up that type thing so I mentioned it to him and when he looked into it he told me to ask our eldest son but drawn because of reading the post about it I contacted our son. So I investigated it and then said that to the Lord. Being given direction from him I emailed our son and ask about this particular stock and here of all the stocks in the world he said he owned it. hahaha Now that to me was a second witness from the Lord, what are the chances of that? Walking as long as I have been it was a second witness to something I ask the Lord what He thought. How often do we ask the Lord for His thoughts and that He guide and direct us, usually that is by then giving you a peace about it. I had a peace then and opened up my own account later.

A second witness can come in so many ways, I have had words from the mouth of an individual be it for me, I have had the Lord give me word searches that bring up a different scripture that spoke of the same thing before, or see a website that here was talking about the same thing I hadn't looked for just happened to be a link maybe on a website I clicked. So many different ways.. you tend to know and have a peace, I let that peace of the Lord aid me.

I hope this encourages you to ask the Lord what He thinks on things especially things you are uncertain about. I do thank you Father for directing my path.

Are Humans Evil? What Does God Say In The Bible?

Out of the mouth of God gives the answers to your questions

The answer is yes, God did speak about it in the Bible. I asked AI this question and it doesn't give words out of the mouth of God, so I wonder if it only has the ability to use quotes from other people on the topic not what God said in the Bible. I feel I have to correct it feeding it scripture pointing out it is wrong. So maybe AI is not capable of knowing what words in the Bible are spoken by God. AI is not your God and isn't able to give just quotes about it from scripture, so we need to be careful. Computer programs are not led of the Lord, people are.

So I did a search on the word "evil" in my computer Bible to see what all God had to say about us. I will mention just a few.

Genesis 6:5 (KJV) And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

So God destroyed the humans off the face of the earth saving Noah and his family. Yet even after that God mentions this verse regarding man.

Genesis 8:21 (KJV) And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.

Did you notice God has a heart?

So I looked as I also knew Yeshua (Jesus) did say we humans were evil also with these.

Matthew 7:11 (KJV) If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

John 8:44 (KJV) Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Yeshua (Jesus) pointed out it is not just the doing that was sin but sin that was in the heart also, so wow made you understand how important giving you heart, mind and soul to the Lord is so important and to ask forgiveness for those things.

Matthew 5:28 (KJV) But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

I knew the Lord created evil even though he didn't desire evil in the garden of eden and it was man that ate of the tree they were forbidden to eat from.

So I pray the Lord will rain down righteousness on all people and grant us all the thoughts that God himself said He has for us for peace not for evil. I ask His thoughts be done for us. Amen

Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Isaiah 45:7-8 (KJV) I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.

Prayer and the word If

With the Bible software I have, I can check mark just words spoken by Jesus Christ, the words in red. The word "If" is used just in the book of Matthew 53 times and in the book of John 59 times. So spoken by Christ. For this post I am just going to focus on it where most pray and should they not get answer to prayer they simply don't know where to look or what to do. Christians today and for many years have focused on the Epistles of Paul and not on the Gospels of Messiah's words to us. Then wonder why prayer is not answered. One verse regarding this is John:

John 15:7 (KJV) If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

So the first question would be "Do Jesus Christ's words abide in you?". With today's church the answer would be no. We need a good foundation of Jesus words in us. There are many "if" statements regarding the words of Jesus. I chose this particular one as people will get upset if prayer is not answered and never ask the Lord about it or seek the Lord thru the words of Jesus.

John 14:23 (KJV) Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

A Desire To Know Who The Betrothed Was Ho 2:19

Running into the verse :

Hosea 2:19 (KJV) And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.

I was curious as to who this might be. So I listened and did read Hosea 1-3 yet back at the betrothed I was. So I focused on that paragraph and what God had said: wondering how He could remove baal and baalim out of her mouth.

So I went to google translate, now the first time I did enter the words "baalim baali ishi " it came up sheep sheep sheep in the language of oromo which is in Africa. Then my translator didn't work and brought up swahili which uses the word so I typed it there it said "the day of Baal". I changed the words around using vs 16 and 17:

16 And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali. ¹⁷ For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name.

I typed in "Ishi baali baalim" the meaning was "she is a shepherd" but I had to go find just that language translator so used http://www.onlinetranslationpro.com/oromo-to-english-translation then doing last word first it was sheep sheep sheep.

Today I did more searching, looking up the top different languages in Africa and tested them and all use the word Baal in them, except for oromo language. I was shocked to find there were over 3000 languages thought to be in Africa, I only tested the first six or seven.

Listened to Matthew 5 today

After receiving my word for today, I listened then to Matthew 5for my hearing of the word of God. It is a good habbit to get into to listen to the word being read to you. I did post what first came to mind on the word scharpening site. After listening and reading the verse that stood out to me, of course to being an older woman was this:

Matthew 5:15 (KJV) Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

"it giveth light to all that are in the house" stood out to me. Thinking of even within our homes, do you have out to be seen by any that enter into your house things of the word of God? Is your Bible out in the open. Just asking. I have a box of Jesus words only with cards of the scriptures of Christ only. Very hard to find... just one box is there with just the words of Christ.

This box is opened and at the dining room table next to my laptop opened with the words, so 4 cards can be viewed at a time as when I go to the next words, I discard the old ones for the day to the lid and leave them face up also. A gal who came into the house saw them and loved them and asked where I got them and how much they cost. We talked a bit about them and she asked where I got them. I told her amazon and they are the only ones I found that are just the words of Jesus. Told her to do a search for "words of Jesus cards" .

I change them daily and have my daily verses for myself for the day. I just love them, they are better than a horror scope is what I call it haha. Be fed a daily word to start your day.. They will bless you. Leave them out on a table to be seen.. they do have an attention draw to them vs a Bible.. They will be blessed with a scripture or two and maybe start a conversation about the Lord. I need to buy a second box for my living room, even my grandchildren who can read see's them. The color red makes a read curiosity for children. A witness then you can be for the Lord as Peter said:

1 Peter 3:15 (KJV) But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

Psalm 60:4 (KJV) Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah.

Answered prayer for rain

I had prayed for rain a couple days ago and it was nice to wake up and here there was the rain. Just a gentle rain but enough to wet things. I started my day as fairly normal with worship music and word searches I do write about on Word Sharpening website. I do so many searches on my own with things also besides when I hear a word from the Lord. I love the word of God. With the tools available to every person who is online or has a cell phone you can have a Bible at your fingertips.

I had finished writing on the other 2 blogs so just wanted to here mention the praise for rain and answered prayer. God is so good.

The Lord reminds me

This morning things were bit different for me. I was and did a lot of searching scriptures on my own. This often happens then I find I will also find a scripture response to someone at a forum I go to. So this morning I did then listen to scriptures 1 Peter 1 and then also Isaiah 65 from things seen on the forum.

It was not in these books or chapters that I used to make comment in return. I often hear a scripture response and will go find them to post on the forum which then I did in replying. I was reminded of another word I had the other day and will post it on Word Sharpening website

Telephone Telegraph or Tell A Woman at the Well

I listened to John 3 and John 4 today, I just love the woman at the well. She in fact was the first person Jesus told He was the Messiah. I find it interesting. Just as the first person that saw Jesus after His resurrection was to Mary not one of the disciples. Interesting some of the things pointed out of women in the gospels, it took me listening over and over to really spot more. The woman at the well let the people know and from there Messiah was asked to stay and it is the only place mentioned He stayed two days.

There was an old saying "Telephone telegraph or tell a woman".
